I can't log in
If you are experiencing any difficulty logging in the fastest way to resolve this is usually to
contact our helpdesk.
I can't deposit using my credit card
We can also take credit card deposits over the phone. Please call our helpdesk on 0800 0789 205 and we will manually process your deposit for you.
I've lost my username / password
Retrieve your password by entering your Login ID.
I can't see the slidey bars or prices on the betting page
To use the site you must have Javascript enabled. Please see below for details on how to ensure that you have it switched on:
Internet Explorer
Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Select 'Internet Options'
Click the 'Security' tab
Click 'Custom Level'
Scroll until you see 'Scripting'
Go to 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' then click 'OK'
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and up
Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Select 'Options'
Select 'Content' from the top navigation
Tick the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript?' and click OK
Mozilla Firefox 1.0
Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Select 'Options'
Pick 'Web Features' from the left navigation
Tick the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript?' and click OK
Apple Safari
Select 'Safari' from the top menu
Select 'Preferences'
Select 'Security'
Tick the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript?'
Netscape
Select 'Edit' from the top menu
Select 'Preferences'
Click 'Advanced'
Select 'Scripts & Plugins'
Tick the 'Enable JavaScript?' checkbox then click 'OK'
I can't see the charts
To use the site you must have Java enabled. Please see below for details on how to ensure that you have it switched on:
Internet Explorer
Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Select 'Internet Options'.
Click the "Security" tab. Ensure that the Internet Zone Security level is set to "Medium" or below.
Ensure that 'Java permissions' is NOT set to 'Disable Java' and that 'Scripting of Java Applets' is set to 'Enable' or 'Prompt'.
Then, click the 'Advanced' tab.
Scroll down until you see the sub heading 'Java VM'.
Tick the boxes next to 'Java logging enabled' and 'Java console enabled'.
Apple Safari
Click 'Safari' in the menu then 'Preferences'
Click 'Security'
Tick the checkbox beside 'Enable Java' and 'Enable Javascript'
Netscape
Click 'Edit' in the menu bar, and then 'Preferences'.
Click on 'Advanced' then tick the boxes next to 'Enable Java' and 'Enable JavaScript?'.
I keep getting an error message
